Welcome to Lumination Designs! By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order or using our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to these Terms of Service (ToS). If you disagree, do not use our services.

2. Account Responsibility

  • If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining its confidentiality and activity.

  • Notify us immediately of unauthorized account use or security breaches.

3. Ordering & Payment

  • Orders are subject to acceptance based on product availability.

  • Payment is processed securely through Shopify.

  • Prices and fees (e.g., shipping) are listed at checkout.

4. Custom Products

  • All lithophanes are made-to-order. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of design files, images, or instructions submitted.

  • We reserve the right to refuse orders with inappropriate or copyrighted content (without proper authorization).

5. Shipping & Local Pickup

  • Orders are subject to our Shipping Policy for details on timelines, costs, and local pickup.

  • Risk of loss/damage transfers to you upon delivery or pickup.

6. Intellectual Property

  • You grant us a non-exclusive license to use your submitted images/files solely to fulfill your order.

  • All website content, logos, and designs remain our exclusive property.

7. Disclaimers

  • Products may have minor variations due to the nature of 3D printing.

  • We are not liable for delays or issues caused by third parties (e.g., USPS, payment processors).

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Our liability is limited to the order value. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Termination

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms, fraud, or abusive behavior.

10. Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by the laws of Pennsylvania. Any disputes will be resolved in courts located in Luzerne County, PA.

11. Changes to Terms

  • We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
