Thank you for supporting Lumination Designs! Below are the details of how we handle order processing, shipping, and local pickup.
1. Processing Time
All custom lithophanes are made-to-order. Please allow 3–5 business days for production before your order is shipped or ready for pickup. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
2. Shipping Options
A. Standard Shipping (USPS Priority Mail)

All shipped orders are sent via USPS Priority Mail (2–5 business days once dispatched).

Tracking information will be emailed as soon as your order ships.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on product size, weight, and destination.
B. Local Pickup (Sugarloaf, PA – 18249)

Select “Local Meetup” at checkout to avoid shipping charges.

You will receive a notification email when your order is ready for pickup.
- We can either meet at a mutually agreed upon location or you can pick up your order at our shop in Sugarloaf.
3. Shipping Address Responsibility

Double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Address changes can only be made within 1 hour of placing your order. Contact us immediately at [your email/phone] to request changes.
4. Delivery Issues

If your package is lost or delayed, please use the provided USPS tracking number to resolve issues directly with USPS.

For damaged items, refer to our [Return & Refund Policy] for replacement eligibility.
5. International Shipping
At this time, we only ship within the United States.
