Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for choosing Lumination Designs for your custom creations. To ensure clarity and transparency, we’ve outlined our policy below regarding returns and refunds.


1. No Returns
Due to the personalized nature of our 3D-printed lithophanes, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Each product is made-to-order based on your specifications, ensuring it is unique to you.


2. Refunds Before Printing
We will gladly issue a full refund if a cancellation request is submitted before your order enters the printing phase. Once materials and preparation are finalized, refunds cannot be provided.

To request a refund:

  • Contact us immediately at jberta@luminationdesigns.com with your order number.

  • Refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.


3. No Refunds After Printing Begins
Once printing has started, refunds or cancellations are no longer possible. Our process requires dedicated materials, machine time, and labor, which are allocated immediately upon production.


4. Quality Assurance
We rigorously inspect every lithophane before shipping. If you receive a damaged or defective product due to an error on our part, contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll replace it at no cost.


5. Exceptions
We are not responsible for refunds or reprints due to:

  • Errors in the design/image file provided by you.

  • Incorrect shipping addresses submitted at checkout.

  • Minor variations in color or texture inherent to 3D printing.
